If you are not 100% satisfied with any item purchased, we accept returns on any item (except FINAL SALE) that is not used and is in "like new" condition. This applies to any product that was damaged or has a defect. Please contact us at laquansia@candorallnatural.com to approve the return. We deserve the right to deny a refund to thed sender without prior return approval. Only unused items will be accepted for returns/exchanges within 30 days of when the item was delivered to you.
- Before burning the candle, cut any excess flowers extending outside of the candle (i.e. stems, flowers, etc.).
- Place the candle on a saucer or tree cookie
- Make sure the wick is cut to 1/4 of an inch before lighting
- Once lit, and the candle start to melt, continue to clip or cut any excess flowers extending outside the candle. This helps prevent the flowers from getting caught in the flame.
- Never leave the room while the candle is burning.
